Construction for Baansuay Namuang began in August 2019, and the units come with various freebies such as an air conditioner in the master bedroom, water heater, water pump, water meter, and electricity meter. The maintenance fee for the project is 400 THB per month, which covers common area lighting, a gardener, a 24-hour CCTV system, and government electricity.
