The project's architectural design drew inspiration from the surrounding nature and aimed to preserve existing trees. The contour of the land was adjusted as little as possible to avoid causing damage. Every villa was meticulously designed to provide a sea view from each unit. The architecture combined hillside and shoreline elements, blending in with the landscape through curved roofs. To maintain privacy and avoid disturbing the trees, the villas were made up of several well-designed buildings connected by glass-walled corridors that offer views of the yard's botanical life. Residents can enjoy the sunrise from different angles of the villa. Natural or artificially natural materials were used to create a relaxing atmosphere that brings residents closer to nature. The villas feature a fully installed smart home system, as well as electrical and communication systems, to ensure a modern lifestyle. This is where the concept of "Modern Tropical" originated.
